What Vitamins do you enrich your breads and pizza crusts with?
The vitamins added are Vitamins A, C, D, E (synthetic), K, B12, B6, Calcium, Iron, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Biotin and Pantothenic Acid.
The “Natural Flavors”, according to the manufacturer/supplier , “are proprietary but they are free of: Gluten (wheat, rye, barley), Oats, Casein, Milk and Whey, Soy, Eggs, Sesame, Fish, Shell Fish, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Mustard, Garlic, Onion, Citrus, Caffeine, Rice, Meat, Proteins, Nitrates and Preservatives.This product contains ingredients derived from Corn, but it "has been processed to remove the corn protein, therefore the corn protein is not present.”
