How are your kitchens set up?
Everything in our cafe originates from the blue menu and is milk and dairy free! All items start off vegan as well...unless we add a meat protein.
When a meal is ordered from:
-blue kitchen we use Daiya non dairy cheeses on sandwiches & pizzas and occasionally we will use coconut milk in soups. Our Daiya "cheese" slices and shreds no longer contains pea protein or carrageenan.
-green kitchen we use real cheese on sandwiches and pizzas and may use real cream/milk in soups.
We have two kitchens/cooking lines. Everything is made in its own dish or pan for safety reasons. (Hence; the name: One Dish Cuisine).
Food comes out from each kitchen on a:
Blue Tray (Milk Free)
Green Tray (contains Milk)
*We use color coded utensils and cutting boards that follows our color coding system.
**For allergies outside of the ones we already address, that kitchen line will be shut down, cleaned and sanitized, and all appropriate measures will be taken to safely serve you. No other orders may come or go from this kitchen until your meal is served.
OPEN 6 DAYS A WEEK: Closed on Tuesdays
Bakery Opens Daily at 10 am - For coffee, donuts muffins, etc.
Mon: 10 am - 7:30 pm | Wed - Sat: 10 am - 7:30 pm | Sun: 10 am - 3 pm
We are always closed on the following days:
New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
We close early on the following days:
Halloween, Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve & New Years Eve
