How do you source products and ingredients?
Sourcing products is a huge challenge in a gluten and allergen free facility, especially when needed in bulk and those items need to be free of gluten and the top allergens and then some! (If it was easy, everyone would do what we do.) We make almost everything in house, from scratch; including our vitamin enriched breads and pizza crusts, salad dressings, french fries, soups and desserts.
We utilize organic and all natural ingredients wherever possible. Many of our outside ingredients come from facilities that are free of the common allergens. Unfortunately, at this time it is impossible to purchase all ingredients from facilities that are free of every common allergen. However, the manufacturers that we purchase from use best practices to avoid cross-contact of allergens.
Ultimately, it is the customer's responsibility to check all ingredients to ensure that our food and baked goods are safe to consume. We have full ingredient lists at the ordering counter. Feel free to contact us for more information or if you have other special dietary needs. When in doubt, go without.
We periodically test our products at an independent lab to ensure they are free of what we say they are free of.

We are always closed on the following days:
New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
We close early on the following days:
Halloween, Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve & New Years Eve
