What about Testing & Liability?

We are certified GF by the CSA to 5ppm.

Despite our best efforts, contamination risks involving allergens exist beyond our control.  An allergen can be transmitted by a customer bringing outside food into our facility, by a simple handshake, or by a child playing with another child in our facility or accidentally by the manufacturer.

Please consult our ingredient books and if you have any doubt about the safety of an item offered, please do not consume it and check with your doctor.  Ultimately, the responsibility lies with you.

We periodically test our products at an independent lab for:

Gluten (Wheat, Rye, Barley), Milk Protein (Milk, Casein & Whey), Soy, Egg, Peanuts, Cashews, Almonds, Hazelnuts, Walnuts, Pistachio, Shellfish (Crustacea), Fish, and Sesame

It is not possible for us to test for every allergen that exists.  Also, it is not possible to test every meal, every day in a restaurant.

We ask that you use your own discretion. Ultimately, the responsibility lies with you.

Bakery Opens Daily at 10 am -  For coffee, donuts muffins, etc.

Mon, Wed, Thurs: 11 am - 8:00 pm | Fri & Sat: 11 am- 9:00 pm | Sun: 11 am - 7:00 pm

***Our Kitchen Closes 30 minutes prior to closing***

We are always closed on the following days:
New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

We close early on the following days:
Halloween, Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve & New Years Eve
