Is your facility a dedicated Gluten-Free Facility?

-Our facility is a dedicated and certified gluten-free kitchen by the CSA and Certified GF to 5ppm. 

-Milk and Dairy: We also are free of the top allergens and we contain Milk (casein) to one separate kitchen. Actually, everything in our restaurant starts out dairy free too!  The only difference is that in the Blue Kitchen we use Daiya Non Dairy Cheese or Coconut Milk as substitutes.  In the Green Kitchen we will allow real cheese on a sandwich or pizza or cream in a soup. 

We use our color coded process in each kitchen to keep you safe and even our spatulas, tongs, etc.; are color coded in each kitchen. 

Other allergens are handled on a case by case basis and appropriate actions are taken for safety in the respective kitchens.  Every effort is made to prevent cross-contamination; we don’t use griddles, except for when we do our allergen free pancakes on dedicated griddles. Everything is made in its very own dish or pan. (Hence the name; One Dish Cuisine!)

Mon, Wed, Thurs: 11 am - 8:00 pm | Fri & Sat: 11 am- 9:00 pm | Sun: 11 am - 7:00 pm

We are always closed on the following days:
New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

We close early on the following days:
Halloween, Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve & New Years Eve
