What types of Cooking Oils do you use?
We primarily use Extra Virgin Olive Oil but also use Organic Palm Oil extensively in desserts and in our Blue Kitchen.
Organic Palm Oil: (non hydrogenated, no trans fats, non GMO) - baked goods, breads, pizza crusts.
Blue Kitchen uses Organic Palm Oil for some grilled sandwiches and mostly Olive Oil.
Green Kitchen uses Butter for some grilled sandwiches and mostly Olive Oil.
Butter: Butter is available in the condiment fridge for those who can consume it. It is individually packaged. We often have Kerry Gold Butter from Grass Fed Cows, but we can’t always get it! You will be able to tell because it is much more golden in color than standard butter.
Earth Balance Soy Free Spread: is a milk-free and vegan “butter” substitute and is available in our condiment fridge (contains pea protein & corn), it is used in our Mashed Potatoes. See ingredient lists.

Bakery Opens Daily at 10 am - For coffee, donuts muffins, etc.
Mon, Wed, Thurs: 11 am - 8:00 pm | Fri & Sat: 11 am- 9:00 pm | Sun: 11 am - 7:00 pm

We are always closed on the following days:
New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
We close early on the following days:
Halloween, Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve & New Years Eve
